EXHIBITING AT THE CONFERENCE

World Conference for Heads of IB Schools 2009

The first 50 organizations that sign up as sponsors or exhibitors will receive a three metre draped table.  The exhibits will be open on the three conference days. Refreshment breaks will also take place in the exhibit areas to encourage attendees to visit your table.

Exhibitor fees for 3 day conference: CHF 2’450, Euro equivalent: 1670 €.

1. One 3-metre draped table and signage
2. All conference lunches and refreshment breaks
3. Welcome cocktail

Second representative fee: CHF 500.-

Terms and Conditions.
All proposals will be reviewed and responded to within two weeks of receipt. IB Africa, Europe, Middle East reserves the right to refuse to accept proposals. Acceptance does not constitute an endorsement by, or a relationship with the IB.
In accepting to exhibit at this conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Exhibitors will maintain their exhibition table(s) during all hours the exhibition hall is open.
2. Exhibitors are responsible for transportation, lodging, meals not included in the fee and expenses for all staff.

Payment
Upon acceptance of your proposal, IB Africa, Europe, and Middle East will invoice you for all applicable fees.
